Uno. Se modifica el apartado nueve del art\u00edculo primero, por el que se da nueva redacci\u00f3n al apartado 2 del art\u00edculo 84 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 2\/2015, de 23 de octubre, cuya letra d) queda redactada como sigue:<\/p>\n

\u00abd) La adaptaci\u00f3n de los aspectos de las modalidades de contrataci\u00f3n que se atribuyen por esta ley a los convenios de empresa.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Dos. La disposici\u00f3n adicional cuarta del Real Decreto-ley 32\/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reforma laboral, la garant\u00eda de la estabilidad en el empleo y la transformaci\u00f3n del mercado de trabajo, queda redactado como sigue:<\/p>\n

\u00abDisposici\u00f3n adicional cuarta. R\u00e9gimen aplicable al personal laboral del sector p\u00fablico. Los contratos por tiempo indefinido y los fijos-discontinuos podr\u00e1n celebrarse cuando resulten esenciales para el cumplimiento de los fines que las administraciones p\u00fablicas y las entidades que conforman el sector p\u00fablico institucional tenga encomendados, previa expresa acreditaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Sin perjuicio de la tasa de reposici\u00f3n establecida en la ley de presupuestos generales del Estado vigente para cada ejercicio, si para la cobertura de estas plazas se precisara de una tasa de reposici\u00f3n espec\u00edfica, ser\u00e1 necesaria la autorizaci\u00f3n del Ministerio de Hacienda y Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n

Igualmente se podr\u00e1n suscribir contratos de sustituci\u00f3n para cubrir temporalmente un puesto de trabajo hasta que finalice el proceso de selecci\u00f3n para su cobertura definitiva, de acuerdo con los principios constitucionales de igualdad, m\u00e9rito y capacidad y en los t\u00e9rminos establecidos en la Ley 20\/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducci\u00f3n de la temporalidad en el empleo p\u00fablico.\u00bb<\/p>\n
