vigor: <\/strong>01.09.2023<br \/>\n<strong>Efectos<\/strong>: 01.09.2023<\/p>\n<p>Novedades a nivel laboral:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Posibilidad de reintegro de beneficios de Seguridad Social y de subvenciones en casos de deslocalizaci\u00f3n empresarial.<\/li>\n<li>Posibilidad de revisi\u00f3n de oficio en materia de actos de encuadramiento (afiliaci\u00f3n, altas bajas y variaciones de datos).<\/li>\n<li>Posibilidad de que la Tesorer\u00eda General de la Seguridad Social efect\u00fae comprobaciones de las liquidaciones de cuotas realizadas en el sistema de liquidaci\u00f3n simplificada.<\/li>\n<li>Cotizaci\u00f3n en reducci\u00f3n de jornada o suspensi\u00f3n de contrato: el promedio de los 6 meses para calcular base de cotizaci\u00f3n son los inmediatamente anteriores y no los del inicio de situaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Mantenimiento de la jubilaci\u00f3n parcial en la industria manufacturera.<\/li>\n<li>Regulaci\u00f3n del procedimiento para la liquidaci\u00f3n del pago de la aportaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica que tienen que satisfacer las empresas con beneficios que realicen despidos colectivos que afecten a personas trabajadoras de 50 o m\u00e1s a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li>Regulaci\u00f3n del procedimiento de reintegro de prestaciones por desempleo indebidamente percibidas.<\/li>\n<li>Posibilidad de que una persona trabajadora por cuenta ajena con contrato indefinido de una Cooperativa o Sociedad Laboral pueda capitalizar la prestaci\u00f3n por desempleo para pasar a ser persona socia de dicha Cooperativa o Sociedad
