Destacan las siguientes modificaciones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se a\u00f1ade un p\u00e1rrafo al art\u00edculo 19.5 que regula el r\u00e9gimen de dep\u00f3sito para ciertos carburantes usados como combustibles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Se a\u00f1ade al apartado Dos.1.1. del art\u00edculo 91 de aplicaci\u00f3n del tipo del 4% la leche fermentada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Se a\u00f1ade un apartado Und\u00e9cimo al anexo de garant\u00edas del ingreso del Impuesto sobre el Valor A\u00f1adido correspondiente a determinados carburantes que abandonan el r\u00e9gimen de dep\u00f3sito distinto del aduanero, con el siguiente contenido:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <a class=\"boton naranja\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bizkaia.eus\/lehendakaritza\/Bao_bob\/2025\/04\/29\/I-486_cas.pdf?hash=9d715122d3d6cfed4eca41c5509f8864\">Bolet\u00edn oficial<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>APRUEBA LOS MODELOS 573 \u00abIMPUESTO SOBRE LOS L\u00cdQUIDOS PARA CIGARRILLOS ELECTR\u00d3NICOS Y OTROS PRODUCTOS RELACIONADOS CON EL TABACO.
