CAR\u00c1CTER EXTRAORDINARIO EN LA INICIATIVA DE FORMACI\u00d3N PROGRAMADA POR LAS EMPRESAS DURANTE EL 2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>B.O.E.<\/strong>: 16\/12\/2025.<br \/>\n<strong>Fecha de efectos<\/strong>: 17\/12\/2025.<\/p>\n<p>La Resoluci\u00f3n tiene por objeto mantener ciertas medidas de car\u00e1cter extraordinario en la iniciativa de formaci\u00f3n programada por las empresas durante el 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Entre estas medidas, destacan las siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>Utilizaci\u00f3n de aula virtual como formaci\u00f3n presencial<\/u>:<\/strong> Cuando la formaci\u00f3n programada por las empresas durante el 2026 se imparta en modalidad presencial, se podr\u00e1 impartir:\n<ul>\n<li>Mediante \u201caula virtual\u201d, consider\u00e1ndose como formaci\u00f3n presencial.<\/li>\n<li>Mediante un sistema de impartici\u00f3n bimodal, que permita impartir la formaci\u00f3n de forma presencial a una parte de las personas participantes, mientras que otra la realiza de forma virtual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Uso de medios electr\u00f3nicos<\/u><\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Se podr\u00e1 hacer uso de medios electr\u00f3nicos para el control de asistencia de las personas participantes a las formaciones (mediante la herramienta Firmasistencia.fundae.es u otra).<\/li>\n<li>Los cuestionarios de evaluaci\u00f3n de calidad de la acci\u00f3n formativa estar\u00e1n a disposici\u00f3n de las personas participantes a trav\u00e9s de la herramienta Firmasistencia.fundae.es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Permisos individuales de formaci\u00f3n<\/u><\/strong>: Durante el 2026, las personas trabajadoras podr\u00e1n solicitar permisos individuales de formaci\u00f3n a sus empresas, para asistir a acciones formativas impartidas mediante aula virtual o sistema bimodal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\"><strong><a class=\"boton naranja\" formaci\u00f3n en el trabajo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>Modificaci\u00f3n del Real Decreto 357\/2006<\/u>: Modificaciones en materia de concesi\u00f3n directa de subvenciones a corporaciones locales, y en materia de concesi\u00f3n directa de percepciones econ\u00f3micas por asistencia diaria a acciones de formaci\u00f3n en el trabajo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><u>Modificaci\u00f3n del Real Decreto 694\/2017<\/u>: Modificaciones con el objeto de,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Reforzar el seguimiento y control de las acciones formativas;<\/li>\n<li>Matizar las reglas de aplicaci\u00f3n y justificaci\u00f3n de las bonificaciones que financian las acciones formativas; y<\/li>\n<li>Ampliar las competencias de las Comisiones Paritarias Sectoriales existentes, en aquellos casos en los que no se hayan constituido Estructuras Paritarias.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><a class=\"boton naranja\"
