efectos en <u>materia laboral:<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ser\u00e1 obligatoria la aplicaci\u00f3n de la mayor parte de la legislaci\u00f3n laboral del Estado de acogida a los desplazamientos superiores a 12 meses.<\/li>\n<li>Se establece el principio de igualdad de remuneraci\u00f3n y de trato entre personas trabajadoras desplazadas cedidas por ETT y las de la empresa usuaria del Estado de acogida.<\/li>\n<li>La aplicaci\u00f3n de los convenios sectoriales se ampl\u00eda a todas las personas desplazadas, y no solo a las que trabajan en el sector de la construcci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Se refuerza la labor de la Inspecci\u00f3n de Trabajo que podr\u00e1 recibir coordinarse con las Inspecciones de Trabajo de otros pa\u00edses para desarrollar su labor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a class=\"boton
