rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bolet\u00edn oficial<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>REGLAMENTO EUROPEO DE INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>D.O.U.E.:<\/strong> 12\/07\/2024<br \/>\n<strong>Entrada en vigor<\/strong>: 01\/08\/2024<br \/>\n<strong>Efectos: <\/strong>02\/08\/2026 (con algunas salvedades)<\/p>\n<p>El 12 de julio de 2024 se public\u00f3 en el Diario Oficial de la Uni\u00f3n Europea (en adelante, \u201cDOUE\u201d) el Reglamento Europeo de Inteligencia Artificial (RIA).<\/p>\n<p>El Reglamento entrar\u00e1 en vigor el 1 de agosto de 2024, y ser\u00e1 aplicable a partir del 2 de agosto de 2026, salvo las siguientes previsiones que ser\u00e1n aplicables en fechas distintas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>02\/02\/2025: disposiciones generales y pr\u00e1cticas de IA prohibidas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>02\/08\/2025: modelos de IA de uso general.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>02\/08\/2027: obligaciones asociadas a sistemas de IA de alto riesgo asociados a productos regulados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El RIA tiene un enfoque basado en riesgos, ya que de su articulado pueden deducirse cuatro niveles de riesgo y distintas exigencias regulatorias en funci\u00f3n del caso de uso o finalidad del sistema de IA:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Riesgo inaceptable<\/strong>, por vulneraci\u00f3n de derechos fundamentales y valores de la Uni\u00f3n Europea (estos sistemas de IA se proh\u00edben).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Riesgo alto<\/strong> para la salud, la seguridad, o los derechos fundamentales (estos sistemas de IA quedan sujetos a requisitos regulatorios).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Riesgo de suplantaci\u00f3n, manipulaci\u00f3n o enga\u00f1o<\/strong> (estos sistemas de IA quedan sujetos a obligaciones de transparencia).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Riesgo m\u00ednimo<\/strong> (quedan fuera del RIA, y pueden aplicarse c\u00f3digos de conducta de manera voluntaria).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>El RIA establece obligaciones tanto para los proveedores que desarrollan sistemas de IA incluidos dentro de su \u00e1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n, como para las organizaciones que utilizan dichos sistemas (que se denominan responsables del despliegue), ya sean del sector p\u00fablico o del sector privado.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <a class=\"boton naranja\"
