{"id":38781,"date":"2026-02-04T13:00:14","date_gmt":"2026-02-04T12:00:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lksnext.com\/es\/?post_type=noticias_boletin&#038;p=38781"},"modified":"2026-02-04T13:00:14","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T12:00:14","slug":"materia-laboral-estado-enero-2026","status":"publish","type":"noticias_boletin","link":"https:\/\/www.lksnext.com\/eu\/noticias_boletin\/materia-laboral-estado-enero-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"MATERIA LABORAL ESTADO ENERO 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>ORDEN PJC\/44\/2026, DE 27 DE ENERO, POR LA QUE SE ESTABLECE EL UMBRAL SALARIAL PARA LA AUTORIZACI\u00d3N DE RESIDENCIA PARA PROFESIONALES ALTAMENTE CUALIFICADOS TITULARES DE UNA TARJETA AZUL-UE<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>BOE<\/strong>: 30\/01\/2026.<br \/>\n<strong>Entrada en vigor<\/strong>: 31\/01\/2026.<\/p>\n<p>Mediante esta Orden, se actualiza el umbral salarial de referencia para la concesi\u00f3n de la autorizaci\u00f3n de residencia para profesionales altamente cualificados titulares de una Tarjeta azul-UE, seg\u00fan la Ley 14\/2013:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Norma general:<\/strong> Se establece un umbral salarial m\u00ednimo de 1,4 veces la ganancia media anual bruta (GMAB) publicada por el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica (INE), que para 2026 asciende a:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 200px;\">28.049,94\u20ac (GMAB) x 1,4 = 39.269,92\u20ac<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">El c\u00e1lculo se actualizar\u00e1 cada vez que el INE actualice el dato de GMAB.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Casos Excepcionales: <\/strong>Se aplica un coeficiente reductor de 0,8 al umbral salarial m\u00ednimo de los siguientes supuestos:\n<ul>\n<li>Grupos 1 y 2 de la Clasificaci\u00f3n Nacional de Ocupaciones (CNO)<\/li>\n<li>Personas trabajadoras que hayan obtenido su titulaci\u00f3n universitaria en los \u00faltimos 3 a\u00f1os<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">El umbral salarial m\u00ednimo en estos casos ser\u00e1 de:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 200px;\">39.269,92\u20ac x 0,8 = 31.415,94\u20ac<\/p>\n<p><strong><a class=\"boton naranja\" href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/eli\/es\/o\/2026\/01\/27\/pjc44\">Bolet\u00edn oficial<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>RESOLUCI\u00d3N DE 27 DE ENERO DE 2026, DEL CONGRESO DE LOS DIPUTADOS, POR LA QUE SE ORDENA LA PUBLICACI\u00d3N DEL ACUERDO DE DEROGACI\u00d3N DEL REAL DECRETO-LEY 16\/2025<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>BOE<\/strong>: 28\/01\/2026.<br \/>\n<strong>Efectos<\/strong>: 28\/01\/2026.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0Real Decreto-ley 16\/2025, de 23 de diciembre,\u00a0publicado\u00a0en el BOE\u00a0el\u00a0pasado 24\/12\/2025,\u00a0se deroga tras no conseguir los apoyos necesarios en el Congreso de los Diputados.<\/p>\n<p>Esto\u00a0supone\u00a0que\u00a0las medidas introducidas por el mismo en materia de pensiones, cotizaci\u00f3n, y empleo, entre otras, decaen,\u00a0hasta la aprobaci\u00f3n de nuevas normas que vuelvan a regular estas cuestiones.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a class=\"boton naranja\" href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/diario_boe\/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2026-2024\">Bolet\u00edn oficial<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>ORDEN TES\/1573\/2025, DE 31 DE DICIEMBRE SOBRE REGISTRO Y DEP\u00d3SITO DE CONVENIOS COLECTIVOS, ACUERDOS COLECTIVOS DE TRABAJO Y PLANES DE IGUALDAD<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>BOE<\/strong>: 03\/01\/2026.<br \/>\n<strong>Entrada en vigor<\/strong>: 15\/01\/2026.<\/p>\n<p><u><strong><a class=\"boton naranja\" href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/eli\/es\/o\/2025\/12\/31\/tes1573\">Bolet\u00edn oficial<\/a><\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>ORDEN TES\/1582\/2025, DE 30 DE DICIEMBRE RELATIVA AL SISTEMA DE FORMACI\u00d3N PROFESIONAL PARA EL EMPLEO EN EL \u00c1MBITO LABORAL<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>BOE<\/strong>: 06\/01\/2026.<br \/>\n<strong>Entrada en vigor<\/strong>: 01\/02\/2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a class=\"boton naranja\" href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/eli\/es\/o\/2025\/12\/30\/tes1582\">Bolet\u00edn oficial<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ORDEN PJC\/44\/2026, DE 27 DE ENERO, POR LA QUE SE ESTABLECE EL UMBRAL SALARIAL PARA LA AUTORIZACI\u00d3N DE RESIDENCIA PARA PROFESIONALES ALTAMENTE CUALIFICADOS TITULARES DE UNA TARJETA AZUL-UE BOE: 30\/01\/2026.
