This Privacy Policy establishes the bases on which LKS S.Coop (henceforth “LKS”) processes personal data provided by interested parties over the Internet, in the services offered by the LKS Next GROUP companies.

4. Main purposes of the processing
As processing manager, LKS will process your Personal Data to manage the process of maintaining a commercial relationship and receiving information by any means of communication on our products and services.
The interested party is informed that their data will only be surrendered to companies in the GROUP, when considered timely, related to the requested products. Furthermore, they are informed that the personal information given to the third parties is limited to the information that is strictly necessary to answer the request and we ask them not to use the personal data for any other purpose.

The legal rules for processing are based on the interested party’s consent, using the web form.
The interested party will always have the right to withdraw their consent, thereby applying the provisions corresponding to the withdrawal of consent in the following section 9.

The personal data provided will be kept for the necessary period to perform the purposes described in this policy, and while there is no request to remove or revoke the consent by them, in which case, the personal data will be blocked during the period required to comply with a legal obligation or for the formulation, exercise and defence of complaints that might be derived from processing it.

LKS has adopted and will adopt all the technical and organisational measures for security that are mandatory to comply with the legislation in force and the existing quality standards in the sector, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of communications as much as possible. Consequently, LKS cannot guarantee full privacy and security for the use of the Website and the Contents and/or Services and, in particular, that unauthorised third parties cannot be aware of the class, conditions, characteristics and circumstances of the use that the users made of the Website and the Contents and/or Services.
9. Rights of the interested party
LKS commits to respecting the confidentiality of their Personal Data and guaranteeing them their rights.
The interested parties have the right to access their personal data and request rectification of inaccurate data or, when appropriate, removal, when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Finally, LKS commits at all times to informing the interested party if a different or new case of data processing occurs, as mentioned in section 4 of this Privacy Policy as long as the interested party’s consent remains valid.

1. Purpose
This Privacy Policy establishes the basis on which LKS, S.Coop., (hereinafter “LKS Next”) processes the personal data provided by interested parties through the Website who wish to access possible selection processes by submitting their Curriculum Vitae (Would you like to be part of our talent pool?), as well as the provision of personal data for the completion of any form, shall be subject to these conditions, which they must be aware of and, where applicable, accept prior to submitting their personal data.

Finally, LKS Next undertakes to inform the data subject at all times if, in any case, there is a different or new processing of the data to that mentioned in section 4 of this Privacy Policy, provided that the consent of the data subject is valid.

2. Purpose of processing
The data will be processed for the following purposes:
· Manage the registration and access of authorised users to the portal.
· Enable the processing and monitoring of support and maintenance requests, incidents and tickets.
· Ensure the security and traceability of the system (user roles, passwords, activity log, IP addresses, etc.).
· Communicate actions related to the provision of the service and improve its quality.
· Manage, within the framework of support services, information associated with customer assets on which maintenance or incident resolution tasks are performed.
3. Legal basis
The processing of data is based on:
· The execution of the support and maintenance contract signed between LKS Infraestructuras IT, S.L. (hereinafter, LKS IT) and the client company, which enables the registration and management of authorised users on the portal.
· The legitimate interest of LKS IT in ensuring the security of the platform, improving the quality of service and maintaining access and traceability records.
4. Categories of data processed
· Identifying data: name, surname, corporate email address, company.
· Access and usage data: user credentials, assigned roles, passwords, activity logs on the platform, IP addresses and other technical information necessary to ensure the traceability and security of the service.
· Data related to customer assets: information linked to the systems or resources on which the support and maintenance service is provided.
5. Recipients
The data will not be transferred to third parties except where legally required or technically necessary for the provision of the service. Technology providers who manage the portal’s infrastructure may have access to the data, with the necessary contractual guarantees.
Likewise, the data may be shared with other companies in the LKS Next Group when necessary in relation to the services requested, ensuring in all cases that the personal information transferred is limited to what is strictly necessary and is not used for other purposes.
6. Rights of data subjects
Users have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or its deletion when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. They may also request the restriction of the processing of their data, object to it in certain circumstances for reasons related to their particular situation and, where technically possible, request the portability of the data they have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

The response time will be one month, extendable by a further two months in particularly complex cases. If you are not satisfied with the exercise of your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) via www.aepd.es.
7. Data retention
The data will be retained for as long as the contractual relationship between LKS IT and the client company is maintained, and subsequently for the periods necessary to comply with legal obligations.
8. Security measures
LKS IT will apply the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with current legislation and industry standards, including: access control, encrypted password management, access traceability and the possibility of two-factor authentication (2FA).
9. Policy updates
LKS IT reserves the right to modify this privacy policy when necessary, in order to adapt it to new legislation, case law criteria, industry practices or the interests of the organisation. Any relevant changes will be communicated to users through the usual channels.
